Impressive Automatics tailor our service packages relevant to your installation and the requirements as set out by BS 7036, the European Directives and the manufacturer’s specification. We offer a comprehensive service carried out by our team of fully trained engineers, qualified in the FAAC & DITEC product ranges.

Service & Maintenance Contracts will apply to the following commercial applications -

Automatic doors, automatic gates, turnstiles, traffic barriers & parking

And shall entitle you to;

• 2 No. Documented service visits per operator per annum

• Access to 24 Hour Support and Back-up Services 365 days per year

• 5% Reduction on replacement parts, where required

• 20% Reduction on additional call-outs, where required


Scheduled Service will apply to residential gates and shall entitle you to;

• 1 No. Documented service visit per operator per annum (Residential Gates)

• Access to 24 Hour Support service 365 days per year

• 5% Reduction on replacement parts, where required

• 20% Reduction on additional call-outs, where required
